Please note that due to the high demand for this service, rescheduling will only be permitted if availability allows. We encourage you to secure your preferred time slot as early as possible, as we may not be able to accommodate changes once booked. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for missed appointments. Additionally, all requested materials for your first appointment with Jenn The Tutor must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your session without the possibility of rescheduling.
Preparing for your First Meeting with Jenn The Tutor

Please use Subject: [Insert Student’s Name]’s Documents for College Admissions Meeting
Please feel free to include any items you can in the body of the email and attach all other items to the email itself
Current GPA weighted and unweighted
Current Transcript with a list of classes
If you are scheduling over the summer, a list of classes that you have signed up for the fall or recommendations
Unofficial Transcript PDF transcript with all grades
List of any weighted classes (AP, IB, Dual Enrollment, Honors)
If you have a college list or a list of colleges you are considering please send that as well
If you have a major in mind please let us know that as well

List of clubs, extracurriculars, service, athletic activities and/or resume from 9th grade onward
List of any major accomplishments- academic, etc from 9th grade onward
List of any questions and concerns you feel you want to review during this session
ADDITIONAL MATERIALS NEEDED FOR APPLICATION INSIGHT SESSION
Personal Essay: Please provide a copy of your personal essay, whether in draft or final form, if you have one.
Supplemental Essays: If applicable, submit any supplemental essays you plan to include in your application.
Activities List: Provide a Google Doc, Word, or PDF document containing the 50-character descriptions for all ten activities you plan to include in the activities section of your application, if available.
