Before You Hire Alice Keeler or Victoria Thompson (Victoria the Tech)

I have decided to retract this blog post. This blog post was created after a conversation I had Victoria Thompson (Victoria the Tech). The information that used to reside here was information I was told during the course of that conversation with Victoria. I have since learned she is not a credible source. It is my belief and experience that this information was provided to me to harm Alice Keeler professionally. I apologize to Alice Keeler for putting out information that I did not verify. I stand by my claim that I was harmed by Alice and Alice, who claims to be an ally, took no action to prevent the harm until I spoke up publicly and she lost follower.

I do not support Alice Keeler, she did harm me personally and I have seen her harm other educators of Color and Black educators. However, I do not want to be a part of what I believe to be Victoria Thompson’s agenda to take her down and harm her or other educators. I believe I was used to take out Victoria’s competition.

I cannot speak to Alice Keeler’s credentials. I cannot speak to her commitments. I am aware of some incidents involving Alice Keeler with educators of color and Black educators I do not agree with but I also no longer want to be used. I have also learned, personally, that Victoria Thompson will weaponize educators against other educators to gain positions of power and turn Black educators on one another- I have experienced that personally. However, I am tired of being part of what I believe to be Victoria’s agenda to gain new opportunities.

I prefer to mind my business and figure out how to dismantle the SAT/ACT and create fewer barriers to college.
